Zabbix user
Zabbix users serve as the basis for Prisma users and are imported into Prisma. Prisma users can then be part of a Prisma user group, to work with various features of Prisma.
Zabbix users
Zabbix users are part of a Zabbix server but play a crucial role in various aspects of working with Prisma. These users fall into three distinct categories, Zabbix user, Zabbix service user, and Zabbix root user.
Zabbix service user
A service user is a Zabbix user and the primary member of a Prisma user group. The service user acts on behalf of other members of its user group, when retrieving data from a Zabbix server. This behavior is utilized in reporting of Prisma, for example.
Zabbix root user
The root user is a Zabbix user that Prisma employs to execute administrative tasks on the Zabbix server. This user has to be specified while adding a Zabbix server.
