Recovery
A widget that offers data about triggers and recovery related information about its generated problems. This includes the median recovery time of problems, how many times a problem has been acknowledged or closed manually, interactions, etc.
The configuration of a recovery widget offers the following options (aside from the general settings of a widget):
- Host group: Select the host group for which problems will be displayed in the report.
- Enter minimum number of problems: The number of problems that a trigger must have generated in order to be eligible for data retrieval. It is recommended to set this value high, as the higher the number of reference points, the higher the information gain.
- Enter trigger limit: The amount of displayed elements. Triggers that have generated more problems are at the top of the priority list and are displayed first if a limit has been set.
