Problem

This widget fetches data of problems of a host groups. For example the number of open and closed problems, severity, etc. of a host group.

The configuration of a Problem widget offers the following options (aside from the general settings of a widget):

  • Host groups: Select the host group for which problems will be displayed in the report.
  • Include History: When toggled on, problems that arose and were closed within the specified time period are also shown.

Locking

Locking is a feature designed to ensure that specific Zabbix entities of widgets remain unaltered on report level:

Items can be locked by clicking the lock (1). Enabling this setting reveals another option: User can add to selection (2). This option determines whether the user has the option to add to, but not alter, the locked selections. If an entity is added to the locked selection on report level, it can still be edited or removed.
