Filters and favorites
Filters
Some pages are filterable by using their primary filters or advanced filters.
- Primary filters: In form of the filter chips. Represent the most relevant filters for a specific section.
- Search: Let’s you search through the list by entering a search term.
- Advanced filters: More advanced filters for a specific section via the funnel.
- Favorites: Clicking the star opens the favorites menu.
Filters are persistent when accessing a page via the navigation tree. When revisiting a page the previously configured filters will still be applied. There are also ways to apply implicit filters, which are temporary, like clicking on a dashboard card. When viewing a page in this way, persistent filters can be overwritten by implicit filters. Any additional filter applied or removed while being in this view will not persist.
If an advanced filter is applied or a favorite is selected, they will also be listed in the primary filter section. By clicking the Cross of a filter, they can be removed from the applied filter selection.
